Catawba Valley Medical Center's Fitness Plus Modern fitness facility & therapy pool staffed by exercise physiologists. Exercise is Medicine! For class descriptions and schedules, please visit our website.

Fitness Plus is the only medical fitness center in Catawba County. We offer group fitness classes (Yoga, Zumba, Body Burn, etc), water exercise classes, nutrition classes, and personal training. Fitness Plus is also a SilverSneakers, Silver and Fit, Mutually Well and Renew Active provider facility which offers FREE membership to eligible individuals.
