Join us this September at the Spa Athletic Club Hickory for our first indoor Mommy & Me session (Dads are welcome, too!) This session will run for 3 consecutive weeks for a total of 9 classes.
Learn to build a solid swimming foundation from the start! We will work on water acclimation, water safety, breath control & awareness, movement, handling & supervision all while teaching your little one water basics.
This class is available to children ages 6 months to 4 years old and the accompanying adult must be 18+ If both parents would like to participate there will be an additional fee.
