One of the biggest skills Coach Carly focuses on is the 3-3-3 Streamline Technique! 🏊‍♀️

What is 3-3-3?

💜 3 Strokes

This simple drill helps swimmers:
✅ Build a strong, tight streamline
✅ Improve underwater confidence
✅ Maximize speed off every wall
✅ Focus on proper body position
✅ Develop efficient transitions from underwater to swimming

Coach Carly reminds our swimmers that races aren’t won just by swimming fast—they’re won by taking advantage of every wall and every streamline! A great push-off and underwater sequence can make all the difference.

We took our egg hunt to a whole new level today with Mighty Mites and Rays! 😅

Swimmers raced down the pool with no goggles and eyes closed 😳 to meet their teammate—who had the very important job of guiding them to their specific colored egg 🥚🎯

Talk about trust, teamwork, and LOTS of laughs! 🤣👏

From a little chaos to some seriously impressive communication, our swimmers showed up and had a blast 💛💜
