Hello everybody tomorrow is Wednesday TFW color day everybody wear your TFW shirts fly the flag. See you in class.
With the temperatures getting warmer and rising. Vitamin D is great. The sun is your friend, but when itβs very hot, you can easily become dehydrated even if you drink a lot of water you sweat a lot and youβre drinking a lot of times you wash out the nutrients from inside your body. Things like electrolytes, sodium , potassium, and magnesium. Salt can help a lot. I drink more than enough water in a day. But when Iβm training hard and sweating a lot, itβs easy to lose all the important nutrients that I just mentioned. so I use a hydration product. There are lots of them all over. Use one by CORE NUTRITIONALS. YOU JUST MIX IT INTO A SHAKE A BOTTLE WITH YOUR WATER And you are good to go. π¦ #

Monday motivation. Today our warriors attempted their one rep Max on the overhead press. we set a goal and we try to break it. We keep record of what we do and when we beat it, we ring the bell and see lots of happy faces goal setting with TFW = GOAL-GETTING. Reaching goals besides making you physically stronger physically makes you work harder, a challenge yourself and more different obstacles in life. Bravo warriors that Bell. ππ€ππ€ πͺπ―βοΈ
