Another evening of great classes - Adonai Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and ECOS.

Great seeing Adonai and ECOS merging. Super training under Rafael - thank you!

Awesome training tonight as Adonai BJJ. ECOS BJJ is transitioning to Adonai over the next few months.

Adonai will be the only IBJJF registered academy in the Triad!!

We are looking forward to training under third degree black belt Rafael de Almeida Freitas Jesus.

A lot of kids coming up for and recently getting promotions.... Gale, Prisha, and Gavin are awesome. All got stripes and are close to new belts!

Great day yesterday. Kids worked transitions from various top side positions before going to mount, then finishing with an Americana.
Gettings strips were Kinsley and Julian! Nathaniel earned his junior grey belt and 51 (Aria) earned her grey belt!

Congratulations to Sarah on earning her Junior Gray Belt! She is super tough and always has a smile on her face. Even better, she just wants to learn and spar.

Big congratulation to Whitten and Luca - both earned stripes at the last class!
