๐ŸŽ‰ Consistency Club โ€“ Monthly Recognition ๐ŸŽ‰

Weโ€™re excited to recognize our members who demonstrated outstanding consistency and commitment with their attendance at the Fitness Center during the month of May!

๐Ÿ… Monthly Recognition Levels
Members are recognized based on the number of days they attend each month:

๐Ÿฅ‡ Gold (16+ Days)
Top Tier Performance
Recognizing members who set the standard through exceptional consistency and dedication.

๐Ÿฅˆ Silver (14โ€“15 Days)
Strong Performance
Celebrating those who continue to push forward and maintain strong attendance habits.

๐Ÿฅ‰ Bronze (12โ€“13 Days)
Solid Achievement
Highlighting members who have built a strong foundation of consistency.

โœ… How the Program Works

Attendance is based on days present
โœ… Only ONE visit per day counts toward totals
Attendance resets at the start of each month
No signโ€‘up required โ€” all members are automatically included

๐Ÿ“Š What This Means
This program is designed to recognize consistency over time, not intensity.
Itโ€™s all about showing up regularly and building sustainable habits.

๐Ÿ’ก Reminder:
Even if you visit multiple times per day, please continue to check in each time you enter. This helps us accurately track overall usage and continue improving the fitness center for everyone.

๐Ÿ‘ Thank you for your continued effort and commitment โ€” it does not go unnoticed!

๐Ÿš€ June is already underway โ€” keep it going!
Every day counts. Consistency adds up.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ The Murph Workout | Memorial Day Community Challenge ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Each year around Memorial Day, people across the country complete Murph to honor Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a U.S. Navy SEAL who gave his life in service to our country.
Murph is about remembrance, community, and showing up โ€” not about speed, competition, or doing everything perfectly.

๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ The Full Murph Workout:
โ€ข 1 mile run
โ€ข 100 pullโ€‘ups
โ€ข 200 pushโ€‘ups
โ€ข 300 air squats
โ€ข 1 mile run

๐ŸŽฝ A weighted vest is traditionally used, but it is optional and NOT required.
You can break the reps up any way youโ€™d like.

โœ… Modifications & Scaling Are STRONGLY Encouraged
Murph can (and should!) be adjusted as needed:
โ€ข Half Murph โ€“ cut all reps and distance in half
โ€ข Quarter Murph โ€“ a great intro option
โ€ข Partner Murph โ€“ split the work with someone else
โ€ข Modify movements or cardio as needed

๐Ÿ’ก Not sure how to scale? Ask one of our Exercise Physiologists (EPs) โ€” weโ€™re happy to help find what works best for you.

๐Ÿ’™ Important Reminders:
โœ” All fitness levels are welcome
โœ” Go at your own pace
โœ” Scaling is smart training, not a shortcut
โœ” Showing up is what counts

If youโ€™re unable to complete Murph on Memorial Day itself (Monday, May 25th) feel free to do it on the closest day possible โ€” itโ€™s the thought and remembrance that matter most.

Thank you for honoring Memorial Day with us ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ’ช
