June is here ☀️
Summer officially starts this month and there’s no better time to lock back in.
Train with purpose, stay consistent, and feel your best all season long. Show up for yourself this week. We’ll handle the rest 💪
The days that challenge you the most are usually the days you need the most.
Not every workout is going to be your favorite.
But avoiding the hard days, the conditioning days, the uncomfortable days… only keeps you stuck in the same place.
Growth usually lives in the workouts you almost talked yourself out of. 📈

The goal this weekend isn’t restriction. It’s feeling good.
A lot of people swing between “being good” and completely overdoing it on holidays — then end up bloated, sluggish, inflamed, dehydrated, and frustrated by Tuesday.
Instead of treating the weekend like a cheat code, try treating your body like it still deserves support:
• Eat protein before loading up on snacks and desserts
• Don’t go all day starving before cookouts
• Drink water consistently, especially if you’re drinking alcohol
• Move your body because it feels good, not to “earn” food
• Slow down enough to actually enjoy the meals and memories
You can enjoy the burgers, chips, drinks, and desserts without turning it into a weekend that makes your body feel terrible after.
Healthy looks a lot more like balance than extremes. 🩵
