With our home track currently on a hiatus the team charted into new waters at a brand new track. To no surprise both boys were nervous and weren’t exactly sure how to attack the new track. Needless to say schools back in session.

Not what we wanted to see today. We were keeping an eye on the radar knowing it was a possibility. Currently waiting on the track to be run in. Fingers crossed we get our heat and feature race in.

Test and tune today was a success! Super proud of the team. Abram has improved a ton over the winter break and Westen did great his first time out. Of course he was slow and timid but that’s to be expected. Remember he just turned 5 in Feb. We’re looking forward to the first race already.

The team took a trip to Lincoln Speedway to watch some Sprint Cars battle it out yesterday. Pretty sure we sat through every possible weather condition. We had sunshine, then wind, over cast skies, snow, sleet, and rain. We toughed it out and had tons of fun.
