2021 is around the corner. Stay tuned we will be allowing early sign ups being December 20th for our annual RE-VIVE new year special. The time to start is now, do something that your future self will thank you for!

The reVIVE program consists of 12 semi-private sessions for a 4-week reintroduction focusing on rebuilding movement integrity and cardiovascular stamina. The program includes 3 training sessions each week that consist of 1 lower body workout, 1 upper body workout, and 1 total body workout.⁠ To learn more email [email protected].⁠

Squat Tip ✔️ If you’re having lower back pain when you squat it could be from a few issues:

• Sitting at a desk all day followed by more sitting on the couch
• Not stretching or warming up properly results in putting yourself at risk for an injury
• Not knowing the proper technique/form to squat

Do you know that 70% of weight loss comes from building muscle? 💪🏻 In the beginning stages of gaining muscle you may see an increase in weight gain, BUT muscle gives you the ability to reduce body fat. Therefore, you’ll actually start to lose weight!

By just having some muscle alone it creates fat a “burning” stimulus. Bottom line... Muscle is your best friend!
