Holland Performance is a premier private training service led by DeMarcus Holland, former Division 1 and 7-year pro basketball player. With experience at the highest levels, I now help athletes unlock their full potential through elite skill development and performance training.

Middle school is where basketball players either separate themselves… or fall behind.
The ASCEND Program is built for 6th–8th grade boys who want to develop their skills, athleticism, and confidence through structured training.
Every Tuesday athletes receive:
🏀 Game-level skill development that translates to real competition
💪 Strength & conditioning training designed for developing athletes
⚡ Speed, footwork, and movement training to build real athleticism
This program focuses on building complete basketball players — skill, discipline, and work ethic.
Optional Performance Lift: 6:30 PM
On-Court Training: 7:00–9:00 PM

ASCEND Strength (Middle School | Co-Ed)
This subscription grants athletes access to the strength & conditioning portion of the ASCEND Program, designed specifically for middle school boys and girls.
📍 Day: Tuesday nights
⏰ Time: 6:45 – 7:25 PM
👥 Who: Middle school athletes only (boys & girls)
Sessions focus on:
• Proper movement mechanics
• Strength development
• Coordination & body control
• Age-appropriate performance training
This is a structured, high-energy environment built to help young athletes build a strong foundation safely and confidently.
ASCEND isn’t a program — it’s a standard.
Week 2 was special. Real kids. Real work. Real growth.
No shortcuts. No fake hype. Just showing up and getting better every Tuesday.

ASCEND 🚀 | Week 1 Recap
So proud of this group.
Energy was high, effort was real, and the foundation is officially set.
