Ki-Do Karate S.N.O.W. This Week!

Dear Students and families,

Ki-Do Karate’s S.N.O.W. (Special Ninja Ops Week) will take place during normal class times. Students will enjoy the challenge of the “Special Ninja Ops” given to them throughout the week. These “Ops” will be packed with fun and excitement that won’t be forgotten!

Ki-Do Karate Reopening

Dear Students and Families:

This place is just not the same without your smiling faces and students kicking and screaming!We are so excited to announce that we are able to reopen the school on Tuesday, June 2! Of course, there will be significant changes and restrictions in place to protect everyone's health. At this time, only students who have maintained loyal membership will be invited back to class to keep class sizes small.

Some of the new safety protocol will be inconvenient but necessary at this time. They will remain in place until it is deemed safe to relax some of these expectations, however, we also realize that many of these changes will just become our new way of life. As you know, we always like to make practical life lessons out of traditional karate lessons. We see this as another opportunity to reinforce student skills by teaching students to be safer in public including using proper sanitation, spacing, and face masks.

Thank you for taking the time to give input in our class schedule. We always want to offer class times that are convenient to our families and allow appropriate class flow for students. The class schedule is designed to reduce the number of students in the building at any one timeby allowing 10 minutes between classes and back-to-back classes whilestill providing convenience for families who are juggling hectic schedules. You will notice that we have morning classes in place for each program and all classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as most families preferred. We alwayslike to give you important dates well in advance, but at this time all of those events are on hold and we will update them as soon as possible.

If you have driven by Ki-Do recently you may have noticed some exciting changes to the front of the building. We think you will also be pleased with the new layout of the classroom floor along with additional obstacles and outdoor training areas.

It is always our goal to make Ki-Do as safe as possible for our families. Please study the new schedule and safety guidelines attached.
