I was asked what distinguishes me as a trainer, allowing me to build and maintain long-term relationships with my clients. These pants are vital. When a client feels uncomfortable with being stared at and struggles to make progress, I use these pants. Mainly because no one can notice anything else besides the 6 foot something 250lb guy dancing in the gym as he coaches someone. To all the younger or newer trainers, I suggest avoiding an overly serious demeanor. My clients' primary goals are to feel better and look better, not to compete tomorrow, so I provide empathy and comfort rather than judgment on failed diets and missed workouts.

Well it wasn’t a repeat at best of the best but I couldn’t think of a better trainer to lose to than Ashley Wilson Coaching I have loved watching her grow as a trainer.

Doing my job researching advancements in nutrition and health, I have found that since 2022, 16 independent studies have found a closer link between lower muscle mass and type 2 diabetes than between obesity and diabetes. This confirms a couple of my previous assumptions about carrying muscle mass. If you are under 50, putting on muscle is vital to your health. When you are over 50, it becomes even more important because studies show that high levels of muscle mass can counteract the effects of osteoporosis and relieve symptoms of osteoarthritis. Lift heavy while you're young, maintain the muscle while you're old, and you will be happier and healthier longer.
