Is it too hot for Taekwondo?!
This is one of the many bonuses of an indoor sport.
As long as the A/C can chug along & keep up, we'll have classes.
The level of intensity of activities within those classes is adjusted to account for how the weather impacts our students.
Make sure they bring a full water bottle (PLAIN water only), and are also drinking plain water throughout the day.
And, check those feet (and hands, faces & uniforms) to see if they need washed before coming to class.
It may be HOT outside, but it's cool on the workout floor.
