From Halloween 2023 to now — down a healthy and sustainable 40-50 pounds and fully in control of his future.

When I asked Noah what helped him get here, this is what he said:
“Having a goal — not just weight or the look, but an event. As a former athlete, we always trained for the next game. So training for the wedding made sense.”
“Knowing it’s okay to slip. 80/20. If my nutrition is there 80% of the time, and movement is there 80%+, I’m doing good.”
“And training for the future… I don’t want to be a dad who can’t do things with his kids because of being overweight or out of shape.”
