Another successful women’s class today! Mark your calendars for the next women’s event which is open mat on this coming Saturday 7/18 at 10:30am!

Schedule change, our July women’s classes are now:

🗓 Sunday, July 12 – 12:00 PM (Women’s Class)
🗓 Saturday, July 18 – 10:30 AM (Women’s Open Mat)

We’d love to see as many women on the mats as possible! These events are open to all schools and experience levels, so bring a friend and come train with us. 🥋
