Back 2019 we started working with the Oregon State Hanmadang and the United Hapkido Federation to add Hapkido events to the tournament. Covid naturally put everything on hold, but finally we were able to see these Hapkido events come to life.
There were 3 events, Falling/Rolling for height, falling/rolling for distance, and self-defense. Sensei Spencer was able to officiate all 3 events, with Grand Master Podzaline and Master Hino.
So excited to spread these events and have more participants next year.

NW Hapkido Family & Friends!
With summer around the corner it is almost time to order our school t-shirts and this year we are doing something different; we want YOU to help design and decide what the 2022 NW Hapkido T-shirt will be!
Past & present students and family members are invited to submit an appropriate drawing, phrase, or picture that you feel represents NW Hapkido. Winner's will receive a Free T-shirt & Hoodie of their design!
All submissions are due April 27th and Voting will begin May 2nd
Participants may submit more than one design
Design's should be represent NW Hapkido and be family friendly. NW Hapkido reserves the right to disqualify designs that are inappropriate.
For printing purposes; designs should be no more than 3 colors (not counting the color of the t-shirt)
Submission can include front and back designs.
Submissions can either be turned in during class or sent to [email protected]
