Welcome to Spring Training!
Today kicks off the 45Day Challenge💥
The first 10 days is called Spring Training. During this first phase, The theme is establishing healthy lifestyle habits to create a strong foundation for maximum performance.
Key takeaways for this phase are:
1️⃣ mastering a routine
2️⃣ developing healthy daily habits
3️⃣ Focusing on the five core building blocks for establishing a healthy lifestyle foundation
Phase 1 sets the foundation for the Challenge by educating on
the importance of establishing healthy lifestyle habits and a beneficial daily wellness routine. This crucial first phase is a stepping stone for long-term progress and you should feel supported both during and outside of training. In order to establish a comfortable and supportive Challenge environment, communication with the trainers during this first phase is extremely important. Phase 1 can often feel the most challenging, as you start to break away from old habits and comfort zones to adopt a new wellness and training regime. Providing you with individual
guidance and support will ensure you feel confident, motivated, and excited to be a part of the F45 Challenge community.
Mastering a healthy daily routine during Phase 1 allows you to sustain a high level of training while also ensuring they can recover efficiently to maximize physiological training adaptations. Long-term training results are built upon a solid foundation of healthy lifestyle habits, including quality nutrition, sleep, stretching, and hydration. Factors such as sleep deprivation, a lack of stretching or recovery, and poor eating habits can limit a your ability to adapt to an increase in training load, often resulting in a training plateau. Therefore, providing you with accessible educational resources within the Challenge portal will ensure you feel consistently supported and on-track throughout the Challenge period.
