During this crazy time chaos, I think it’s every important to keep to a schedule even with the time off and confined to our homes.
I am going to share with you what I am going to start doing in the morning to have a more productive day.
Wake up 6am
Have coffee, breakfast and read. Either a personal development audio book I am loving or a pleasure read.
By 8am I have had my energize and I’m ready to workout 💪 cardio or something with weights.
10a post workout and a piece of fruit, shower and get ready, which usually consists of me putting leggings on 😆
12pm is my time to work on school or actual work. We can’t forget about lunch!
By 3pm I’m usually done with all my work for the day and I make my daily superfoods shake.
Then the rest of the day I’m free todo what I want!

Today, I went to lunch for my grandmas birthday.
Nothing on the menu but the burger sounded good. I only ate half and few fries.
Really good views and good company

We are never content with our actions until we get to that next goal or that new thing. ⠀

I’ve started to start my mornings with meditation and ending them with writing in my journal and reading something I enjoy. ⠀

I’m not saying you have to completely change your routine to be in the moment but the little things add up.

The moment everything changes.
Today my world was flipped right side up.
You know how people say that your life can change in an instant? I had one of those moments today.
It’s been a roller coaster ride the last couple of weeks with a bunch of unknowns and guessing.
I was going with my gut feeling. I’ve been wanting since my second year of high school. Back then it just felt like a dream, now it’s become a reality.
I pick the keys to my brand new apartment February 7th in a big city miles away from home.
Big steps have been taken, I’m scared, excited, nervous, happy for this new chapter of my life

This was b***y day.
Felt so good.
I was shaking, I could barely walk down the stairs 😆
I’m gunna be truthful, last week I only worked out twice.
Why? I didn’t feel like it, I was getting used to the schedule of being at school again.
So, this coming week I have decided to reevaluate my goals.
Follow meal plan to a T.
Workout at least 5 days this week.
Drink 100 oz of water a day.
