March is here and with it the promise of spring - longer days, warmth and light and beauty of new life everywhere.
Join us for a guided meditation on re-energizing and renewal:
When: Thursday, March 15 6:00 pm
Where: Denise's Spa Petite 149 SE 3rd Hillsboro
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a bolster, blanket or pillow to sit on. We will begin with some gentle stretching, and the session will last about an hour.

Out of respect for those who will be meditating, the doors will be locked at 6, so please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
