Progress and success shouldn’t be measured solely by your win-loss record.
They’re measured by seeing a kid get back on the bump for the first time in months after breaking his throwing wrist—and being tournament top performer.
By seeing a kid who’s been in a slump finally break through and have a day at the plate.
By watching a kid who has struggled with a hit-and-run multiple times finally drive a ball backside and execute his job.
By seeing a team go down six runs, refuse to throw in the towel, and battle all the way back.
Those are the things that show the big picture. Wins are great, but development, resilience, confidence, and learning how to compete are what it’s really about.
We’re proud of our boys and all the progress they showed this weekend!
