We emphasize physical activity and participation in programs that enable the children to discover the benefits of exercise and fitness at all levels. We have impacted the lives of many children through successful training, and have earned state, regional, and national titles. In 2006, Paramount Gymnastics was named the Mid-Atlantic Club of the Year for the success of our level 7-10 competitive teams.

We know many schools are back in session this week, but Paramount Gymnastics is still CLOSED this week as we get ready for the fall season. 🤸‍♀️

There are some goodbyes that are a little harder than others. 💙🥺

This week, we said "see ya later" to two of our amazing seniors as they take the next big step in their gymnastics journeys!

✨Megan is headed to Quinnipiac University, where she’ll continue to flip, fly and compete as a member of the Acro & Tumbling team!

✨Katherine is headed to Ithaca College, where she’ll proudly represent the Bombers as a member of the Women’s Gymnastics team!

💙We’ve had the privilege of watching these girls grow not only as athletes, but as teammates, leaders and young women. From countless hours in the gym to meet days, celebrations, challenges and everything in between, they have left their mark on each of us here at Paramount.

☀️ Our Summer Drop-In Programs are a great way for kids ages 18 months through 12 years to stay active, build confidence, and burn off some energy between summer plans. ☀️

For our youngest gymnasts, Lil Roos and Lil Bears offer instructor-led, age-appropriate classes that help build coordination, balance, social skills, and confidence through gymnastics-based activities. These are structured instructional classes, not open gym, so every child gets encouragement and guidance along the way.

For ages 7–12, our daytime Open Gym sessions give kids the chance to explore gymnastics and ninja equipment, practice skills, move, play, and have fun with friends in a supervised environment.

📅 Daytime Drop-In Dates:
July 15, 22, 29
August 5, 19, 26

✨ Lil Roos: Ages 18–36 months
✨ Lil Bears: Ages 3–6
✨ Open Gym: Ages 7–12

Plus, evening Open Gym is available every Wednesday and Thursday throughout the summer session!

🛤Paramount Family- The railroad crossing on Roycefield Road will be closed today (6/10/26) starting at approximately 9AM. This closure is due to scheduled rail maintenance conducted by Norfolk Southern.

🔁Allow extra travel time today & potentially the next few days if you travel that way to the gym. Detour signs are posted.

Our Xcel Platinum team wrapped up their season this weekend at the Regional Championships, and what a journey it has been!

Regional Championships was the perfect way to celebrate all the hard work these girls have put in all year long. We are incredibly proud of this team and everything they achieved this season.
