Wednesday July 1. 7-830pm, Team Kalista will be hosting a mma/BJJ seminar with Ty Johnson professional mma fighter that has fought and won championships both nationally and internationally.

Who is Ty Johnson?

PFL veteran and multi-promotion champion with 16-8 professional MMA record, 10 wins by submission, 2 by TKO. specializing as submission grappler. BJJ Black Belt {Gi & NoGi} with 17 years training experience in working with fighters and grapplers from amateur to pro level.

Happy Father’s Day from everyone here at Team Kalista!

Saturday Coach Josh proudly brought a victory to us for a local charity event going against an opponent several weight classes above him with a technical knock out and fight of the night. RC promotions welcomed Coach Josh and coach Hunter with open arms and hopes to work with our Team Kalista family for future events!
