A HUGE thank you to the Torch community for showing up big for us during our move!! We were blown away by the support that everyone gave. Seriously, it makes me a little emotional to think about how blessed we’ve been with the people that walked through our doors over the years. We love this place and it’s people.
We felt loved and cared for and all of you came together to build something greater than it was before. Here’s some BTS pics of the process.

This crew (and a few more) got some hard sparring rounds in last week. Tough rounds, shark tanks and good times.
It was a great way to bring in the weekend!

Sparring is shifting to tonight instead of tomorrow morning.

It’s always a good time when the shock knife comes out!!
It looks scary because it is. Surviving a knife attack is an extremely scary thing but the only way to learn how to do it is to train it. If you notice, you hear some screams, some “adult” words 🤣, and laughter. The beauty of training is that it can be serious AND fun at the same time.

We are moving!!! Starting next week we will be located at 233 Sparks Drive, Suite 12003, Hiram, Ga.
This is exciting news!! Bigger space, and more possibilities to continue our quest to be Hiram’s go to gym for self defense and Muay Thai/Kickboxing.
