Attention Carl Yap's Center for Martial Arts friends! Instructional videos will begin again starting on Monday. Once a week I will show you one self defense technique. Remember, never rely on videos for all your training. While videos are great for informational purposes and are a great tool to help you understand a concept, there is no substitute for training supervised by a qualified instructor. Join us in class this month for a free lesson!
