Another strike of bad luck has hit our pool.

Last night the main pump went down. Without this pump the pool cannot maintain water level or circulate chemicals needed to keep the water clear.

Repair of this pump requires sending it off and will take weeks to complete at a minimum.

Due to this needed repair, the pool will be closing for the season. Thank you to all our pool patrons for your support this season. We’ve loved having fun and making memories with you this year and look forward to doing it again next season. City Of Hobart Pool

🎉💦 WE’RE BACK OPEN! 💦🎉

After lots of hard work, dedication, and teamwork from our amazing lifeguards and maintenance crew, we’re excited to announce that the Hobart Public Pool is officially BACK OPEN! 🏊☀️

A huge thank you to everyone who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to get everything ready. We also want to thank our community for your patience and support while we worked through everything.

The Hobart Public Pool will be CLOSED today due to cleaning and maintenance issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to make sure the pool is clean, safe, and ready for everyone to enjoy.

We plan to reopen on Tuesday, July 21st during our normal operating hours. Thank you all for your continued support, and we can’t wait to see everyone back at the pool soon! 💙☀️🏊‍♀️

We know so many of you have been asking when our Night Swims would be back! Between our busy summer schedule and all the exciting events we’ve had going on, we’ve been working hard to find the perfect time and it’s finally here! 🎉

Join us Tuesday, July 7th, from 7:00 PM–10:00 PM for an evening of fun under the lights at the Hobart Public Pool!

We’re excited to celebrate Independence Day with our amazing community! Join us tomorrow for an afternoon of fun in the sun—we’ll be OPEN from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM!

Admission will be $3 all day!!

We’ll be closing at 4:00 PM so our staff can spend time with their families and get ready for our Pool Party later that evening. We appreciate your understanding as we take a little time to celebrate with our loved ones too!
