In her pursuit to get jacked and shredded, with our guidance, Jill has gained 3lbs of muscle and lost 5% body fat in 28 days

We couldnโt be happier writing this post. Jill has been putting in so much work as well as being such a bright spot for others in class that it was an easy decision.
And if youโve been crushing the 9:15am and Strongman class with her you know that her attendance is directly correlated to the size of her biceps ๐คฃ๐คฃ

Iโve gained muscle and strength. I started exercising after having kids to get in shape. Now I continue for my physical and mental health. As I get older, I appreciate the importance of building muscle and being fit for my future quality of life

We couldnโt be happier writing this post. After all the hard work, dedication in and outside the gym, the community events, and the overall dopeness he brings to our RIV culture.

The RIV has made me want to be better and perform well. Because of this, I fully enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle, often meal prepping lunches and dinners to help me hit my calorie/protein goals. Iโm now more mindful and dedicated, which I believe has led to great sleep and recovery, allowing me to continue to come in 6 days a week.
The programming has also caused me to shape up to the point that people in the outside world notice! Now I can overhead squat any of my friends.
It would be a strange scenario, but dammit I could do it. Probably.

Group member, , has crushed her goals since joining HRA in August.
Gabby has made great strides in technique and overall conditioning, yet, yearned for more ๐ฅฒ
Coach Jay gave her guidance to not shy away from the heavier weights as long as she felt comfortable
6 weeks later she is up 2lbs of muscle and down 2% body fat. And that's just from showing up to group class for 60 mins a day.
