Baby Boot Camp Hoboken

Friday was so bittersweet!

Last Baby Boot Camp class... started this journey as a client when Madelyn was 7 weeks old and now I'm 7 weeks from having my second daughter. It has been a great year and a half instructing and working out with these amazing mamas! Thank you Karlene for introducing me to Baby Boot Camp and encouraging me throughout my journey of becoming an instructor and personal trainer. Now on to my next journey of becoming a mommy again and moving out of Hoboken, where I've loved raising Madelyn and have met so many amazing people.

Friday's session at The Artisan are always fun! Tomorrow will be my last baby boot camp session. I have met some awesome strong moms along the way and I have been able do what I'm passionate about whilst juggling motherhood, another full time job and a husband. Fitness will still be in my life as will our friendships and support! Classes will continue till March 31st with Lacey Renee please sign up and join us for the last few sessions.

It was great working out with these West Cost mamas!! Wish I could have had all you Hoboken moms here with me!
