The best practice is a consistent practice. Join for her Fall Equinox Sound Bath Experience to celebrate and recognize the natural shifts which occur between the seasons of the year, and likely any accompanying and reflective shifts within yourself.

You’ll begin with introspective work such as journaling and meditation, and then melt into a few yin and restorative postures, and end with a dreamy sound bath to guide a peaceful relaxation. The hope is that you’ll be able to leave each workshop with a sense of intentionality and alignment in order to tap into the flow that exists within, no matter the time of the year.

Learn to teach safe, effective, and empowering Mat-based Pilates classes. This comprehensive course covers classical and contemporary exercises, anatomy fundamentals, cueing techniques, and class sequencing. Ideal for fitness and yoga instructors looking to add Mat Pilates into their teaching toolbox.
