Recap from Friday nights race at Mohawk for championship night. Unloaded for hot lap and car was a little tight but bearable and timed 6th fastest overall. Ended up pulling pill 28 which landed us starting dead last in heat 1. We made some adjustments coming into the heat race but after how the car felt before I was unsure of what to expect. Green flag dropped for the heat race and the car came to life and was an absolute rocket moving up 3 spots at the drop of the green flag and before coming out of turn 2 was up to p3 and finished there for the heat. We landed starting outside poll for the feature and now I was extremely optimistic after the strong run we had in the heat race. The feature started and immediately I felt the car off as it wanted to drive up the track. It was a fight from the beginning to the end with a very tight car. Unfortunately this cause us to fall back aways and ended with a p9 finish overall. I set a goal this year to be in the top 10 in point by the end of the year for my first full year of racing and unfortunately missed the mark by 1 point. Iv learned a lot this season and I’m only getting better so I look forward to the 2027 season already and will set a new goal to break into the top 5. Thank you again for all the love and support
