It’s is a fast paced, high intensity, 60-minute, full body workout. You will alternate between high energy cardio intervals using our KEISER bikes and creative, off the bike, strength training and weight resistance.

Why a STRONG CORE matters ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Core exercises are important because they help improve balance and stability, which can reduce the risk of injury and improve performance:
