Karate is mostly an individual sport in competition, like gymnastics. Think of the U.S. Olympic TEAMS .. almost all events are individual (or maybe in small groups), but the competitors ARE a team!

We take very seriously making sure that our students feel part of a team and learn the dynamics that come with that. Supporting each other, practicing together, learning teamwork skills of all types. Yes, even playing team games for skill building.
