Today we're doing the 9/11 tribute workout, the 343 - for the 343 firefighters gave their lives on September 11, 2001. Our tribute workout carries that number so we don't forget what they walked into.
Grateful for the folks that showed up and remembered in our own special way!

September is notoriously good at filling out the schedule - practices, meetings, "quick" school stuff that somehow eats the evening - and the hour that was yours becomes optional again.

It doesn't have to. Pick your three days, put them on the calendar like they're appointments, and tell somebody (we'll hold you to it). The folks who lock that in now are still training in February.

Help me in giving the BIGGEST congrats to our very own Dana Frederick for being the FIRST person to attend ONE THOUSAND classes at GLFC!

Dana's been with us from the very beginning, and the only thing that compares to her dedication to her fitness is her dedication to the community! She's as much a staple at community events as she is in classes, and we absolutely love having her here.

Last week we shouted out Aaron Westhouse for his first 100 classes - this week we’re shouting out the better Westhouse - Kayla! - for her 250th class! Kayla’s been with us for a couple years now, and when she’s not slingin lattes to our members at you can find her here slingin’ barbells! She always brings a great attitude, a smile, and stacks wins every week. Thank you for working so hard Kayla, excited to keep this rollin!

Very proud of our two duos for taking on the Big Red Rumble this past weekend! Love watching our people leave it all out there and testing themselves. What you don't see though are the extra sessions they're putting in to prepare for the tests they're going to see, and these two groups were especially impressive in their preparation.

Very proud of you guys for getting after it and throwing down! Thanks to for putting on a great show and a smooth operation!
