Hope College’s men’s golf coach Scott Lokers, a two-time MIAA Coach of the Year, has decided to retire following the 2026 spring season. Lokers, also a four-time MIAA champion, served as head coach for nine seasons and has been involved with Hope’s program for 14 seasons. Find the link to the press release in the comments.

The team battled today and came out on top at the MIAA championship. We will compete in two weeks for the national championship in Rochester NY.

The team had a great spring break trip down in North Carolina. We played some fantastic courses. Thank you to all that made this trip possible.

Hope golf had a great past couple of days. Solid play from all the guys have sprung the team into first place in the league, including a 6 under par round of 282. We are looking forward to continuing a great fall season.

The team had a great opportunity to go out on Lake Michigan today for some team bonding activities and goal setting. No better way to start the year off strong by enjoying the coast of West Michigan.

The boys are Vegas bound! Locked up the conference title this weekend at The Legacy by Arthur Hills. The team will move on to compete at the national championship tournament in Las Vegas, NV in 2 weeks. Congratulations to Liam Casey on his league MVP!

Three Claim MIAA Athlete of the Week Awards - Hope College Two cross country runners and a men's golfer are honored.

A great season capped off with a win at the fall finish with a two day score of 597. Fr. led the team with a two day score of 145 (73-72). The team claims the MIAA championship along with 4 players receiving first-team all conference honors. A great way to end the competitive fall season!
