That’s Full Circle.

Kristen Bos, PT, will unpack the powerful connection between the brain, bladder, and pelvic floor and help you recognize the habits and patterns that may actually be reinforcing what you’re experiencing.

Happy Birthday, Terree. 🤍

There is so much that happens behind the scenes of a studio that clients may never see—especially the ways our teachers support one another. For over a decade, the women I’ve had the privilege of teaching alongside have been a lifeline to me in more ways than I could ever put into a post.

Terree doesn’t shy away when a client comes through our doors managing a complicated diagnosis, multiple health concerns, or simply a body that requires us to think a little differently. Her nursing background certainly informs the way she approaches those situations—she’s willing to dig in, learn, listen and figure out how movement can best support the person standing in front of her.

I’m incredibly proud that this is something our studio makes room for. “Meeting people where they are” gets said a lot, but real people and real bodies can be wonderfully complicated. They don’t always fit neatly inside a box. I’m grateful for a team of teachers willing to work there.

And then there’s this photo.

It was taken just before one of our studio photo shoots, not long after I had lost my dad. I had a moment where everything simply caught up with me, and Terree sat there with me.

Sometimes friendship isn’t about knowing what to say or making something better. Sometimes it’s simply being willing to sit beside someone in the middle of it.

I’m grateful for that moment, for all the years behind it, and for you.

We’re wrapping up our summer session this week, then taking next week OFF for our annual end-of-summer reset.

And then… FALL. 🍂

Our 11-week fall session begins September 9th, and we are so excited to welcome everyone back.

Our teachers have been planning, learning and getting ready for some fun fall focuses—and we can’t wait to move, learn and grow stronger together.

We are SO excited to offer our Bladder + Pelvic Floor Health Workshop again this fall with Kristen Bos, PT, DPT — because we keep hearing from people who have taken it just how much it has impacted their everyday lives.

And we mean everyday lives.

Less urgency when they’re out and about.
Sleeping longer through the night.
A better understanding of what their body is actually telling them.
Even noticing during exercise that they can better sense and access the strength of their core and pelvic floor.

Just this weekend, I was with a friend who had taken the workshop, and we ended up talking about the changes she’s noticed since. These are the conversations we keep having — and exactly why we wanted to offer it again.

If bladder urgency, leaking, frequency, pelvic floor concerns, or simply not really knowing how any of this is supposed to work has been part of your life, come spend 90 minutes learning more about your body and what you can actually do.

Knowledge is powerful. Putting it into action can be even more so.
