🗽🎾 Hope College RSM Takes on NYC! 🎾🗽

7 RSM students. One incredible week. A whole lot of tennis. And approximately 10,000 steps a day. 😂

Our Hope College Racquet Sports Management students headed to New York City for the USTA Coaching Coaches Open, and it was a trip they won’t forget!

The days were packed with:
🌳 Morning walks through Central Park
📚 Coach Education Seminars
📝 LOTS of note-taking
🤝 Networking with coaches and industry professionals
🎾 And, of course… watching some of the best tennis in the world at the US Open!

From the classroom to the coaching court to the stands at the US Open, our students got a firsthand look at what it means to be a tennis professional — learn, connect, observe, and keep growing.

And somewhere between the subway rides, Central Park walks, seminars, matches, and late nights, there was probably a little fun mixed in too. 😉

Big cities. Big tennis. Big learning opportunities.

A new collaboration between Hope and USTA Coaching will provide students enrolled in Professional Tennis Management and Racquet Sports Management programs with enhanced access to industry resources and professional development tools.

The initiative is designed to bridge the gap between academic study and real-world experience in racquet sports leadership.
