Bungee fitness is like nothing you’ve experienced before! Combine body weight strength training with cardio and a little bit of dance for a workout that’s a whole lot of fun!

To many, this pile of dirt might not look that exciting. But to those who have been working behind the scenes of our bungee studio, this represents the culmination of 2 years of dreaming, planning, and lots of up and downs. We are still pinching ourselves that we have finally made it to this place in the process!

While we adore our gorgeous wood floors in the current fitness studio, we knew we needed something more functional and durable for our bungee fitness space. The new flooring just arrived and we couldn’t resist taking a peek! We can’t wait to see in installed in the studio. Stay tuned…
