We are at the height of summer, the gym is full of energy, and our team continues to show why FLEX has remained such an important part of the Holland community for nearly 41 years.

That does not happen by accident.

It happens because our team cares about the experience people have here. It happens because our members support and encourage one another. And it happens because generations of people have chosen to train locally and proudly call FLEX their gym.

As we approach our 41st anniversary in mid-August, we want to build even more pride around what has been created here.
