This is replacing the kids JuJitsu program till the end of fall sports when we will reassess the well founded of this class. In the meantime, all my jujitsu kids are invited to join this class.

Reminder! Tonight (6:10 pm till 7:10 pm) is the first free class on self-defense, open to anyone over 8 years old. We will mostly work on getting out of holds, grips and grabs. We will try to define self-defense and implement a learning process adapted to you to improve your reaction to aggression. See you soon at NGMA!

New Self-Defense class at NGMA Holliston every Tuesday night from 6:05 till 7:05. Class from 8 yo (kids and adults mixed). No need for uniform, just wear comfortable sportswear and bring water. We practice barefoot ! PM me for more information. Starting on September 8th. Come and check it out ! 2 FREE CLASSES. You can come and see me during my judo classes too if you want.
