What a years 2023 was, I’m forever blessed! Beautiful memories with my amazing family, and life long friendships and a brotherhood that I’m more than grateful for! What’s up people! Just wanted to explain my reasoning for becoming a trainer, basically just my why. I became a trainer to help those that don’t believe in themselves, to help those that just need a extra push of motivation to reach their goals, to help those that get over looked and pushed to the side to let the 5 or 4 star shine. I’m here for you! I believe in you more than you believe in yourself! And I’m here to make those thoughts and dreams into a reality! As long as your willing to put in the work, we’ll reach those goals together! I will be that Coach/Trainer that will that’ll never give up on you, as long as you don’t quit on yourself! KPT 🖤

Yesterday my sister did a thing and got married to this great man!!! I can truly say I’m happy for you sis! I know that this is something that you always wanted, and I’m happy that you got to share this moment not only with the man that you love but with the man that you can call your husband.
