August was a busy month for the Reciprocal HMS students!

We focused on understanding learning theory and the 4 quadrants.

We discovered the power of improving proprioception for horse and rider with a variety of exercises.

Then we continued to apply what we are learning to riding a dressage test, working equitation obstacles and getting outside in the round pens for liberty & riding!

Here’s to a great September! We have 2 months left in the 2026 series!

The return of the Mini Meditations! No horse experience needed. Take some time away from the hustle and bustle of the daily grind and enjoy the company of of our friendly miniature horses.
We will start with a brief meet and greet followed by a guided meditation and then time for self-led mindfulness activities
