Kneeling Arm Work on The Roller.
This may look so simple because Amanda is a pro, but she is using her hamstrings and glutes in this kneeling position, then engages her abs to support her back. She extends the right arm using her shoulder and upper back. Smiling, but dying.

Many of the exercises used to train balance on the Motr, call upon the muscles of the hips and trunk to provide stability. This means you get the benefit of strengthening the glutes and abs while you’re working to become more balance savvy. DM me to try it out!

B A L A N C E.
Increasing the strength of the core muscles can help improve your balance and coordination. Good dynamic balance improves your ability to react to sudden changes of direction. As we get older this becomes even more important! This exercise is so much harder then it looks.. you can ask my girl, Amanda Star!

Strive for continuous improvement, not perfection.
One person may look at this picture and go, "Wow she is so flexible!" And the other may say, "Ehh.. it's not vertical, not sure why she would put that one up!" No matter where you are, you are not perfect, so let's continue to learn and teach others what we know.

I LOVE this Motr by Balance Body! The amount of dynamic exercises I can do with it is endless. Don't let that smile fool you, I am shaking so hard! I am using my core, glutes, and shoulders.
