We are ramping up production for my new reality series, filming next month and my body is feeling absolute terror. The doubts are loud. The fears are loud.

this is exactly what i mean when i say new levels, new devils.

even though creating a new show doesn't actually put me in harm's way, my brain is resistant to the expansion and the vulnerability of additional visibility and eyeballs on me. i've had to really up my mental hygiene during this time:
- meditate one to two times per day
- extra sleep
- lots of breath work
- relying on my community, coaches, and mentors

Because “whether you think you can or you can’t, you’re right.”

So let’s just think “I can” on this one. 🤍

I used to think these meant I was doing something wrong. Now I see they’re just signs of success. which of these do you resonate with?
