When I was younger I would make routines to my favorite songs and perform them in front of friends and family. Now I get to do the same thing, but with more rhythm and and knowledge 🥴

This one hour a week does not only help me physically, but it truly helps my mind and soul. So many times I have not wanted to show up because of the day I had, but as soon as I press play and the music starts, all the outside thoughts disappear and I am instantly 100x better.

I am thankful for my girls that come weekly and support me. With out you all, this wouldn't even exist. Thank you for pushing me each week and cheering me on! The best support group ever.❤️

She reached out and wanted to incorporate some cardio options for her girls & I couldn't be more grateful that she thought of me. Wr had a freaking blast!
