Fantastic opportunity to sharpen your skills with our Mat mentorship program! Next class is Thursday, July 16 at 2:00pm EDT. Offered via ZOOM with recording available for 7 days following the class for all who are registered. We will be reviewing Movement Principles Pilates Essentials exercises in this class.
