Miami QB Cam Ward finished with 280 yards passing, and 3 total TDs (2 passing, 1 rushing). Miami's defense held Wake Forest to 193 total yards. The Canes can clinch a spot in the ACC Championship Game with a win over Syracuse next week.

Thanks to some horrible run defense and a careless fumble by Cam Ward, the Hurricanes lose 28-23 to Georgia Tech, and suffer their first loss of the season, falling to 9-1, 5-1 in the ACC.

The Yellow Jackets amassed 271 yards rushing, and only 99 yards passing. The Hurricanes finished with 348 yards passing, and only 88 yards on the ground.

The Miami Dolphins lose to the Buffalo Bills, 30-27, and now fall to 2-6 on the season. The offense looked a bit better today than last week, but there still seems to be something off. While Tyreek Hill amassed 80 yards on 4 catches, Jaylen Waddle was virtually non-existent. The connection between Tua and Waddle is definitely broken, but it's unclear as to why. If they can't get it together, this will continue to be a long, sad season.

The Dolphins defense struggled, between missed coverage, a lack of a pass rush, and bad penalties. Josh Allen threw for less than 300 yards, but had 3 passing touchdowns. Not a great game by any stretch, but he escaped with the win.

The Hurricanes struggle, but pull away late thanks to a record-setting day by Xavier Restrepo, and defeat Duke 53-31. With the win, Miami moves to 9-0, 5-0 in the ACC.

The Cardiac Canes do it again!!! After trailing 38-10 in the 4th quarter, QB Cam Ward and the Miami Hurricanes put on the comeback of the year and pull out the 39-38 win over Cal.

"Tua Time" will go on for a few more years in the 305!

The Miami Dolphins and Tua Tagovailoa agree to 4-year deal at roughly $53 million per year. This new deal makes him currently the 3rd-highest QB in the NFL, but doesn't reset the market, as some had speculated it would take.

While he hasn't won any big games, and was not very good last season versus playoff teams, Miami didn't have much choice but to pay him. Tua is by far the Dolphins' best QB since Miami legend Dan Marino, and this team's offense has been built specifically for him. They simply couldn't run the risk of trying to win with backups or some unproven rookie.

The time is now for Tua to take the next steps and not just put up great numbers against bad teams. He must beat the better teams in the league, and win some playoff games in the process.
