Single leg exercises on a trampoline challenge your brain to constantly adjust muscle tension as you move through these exercises. This heightened need for balance activates deep stabilizing muscles in your ankle, knee, and hip. Thus improving proprioception (your awareness of body position) while strengthening your stabilizing tendons and ligaments.
