Ryan is back in town and ready to get sessions going again!

Speed and Agility session tomorrow, Sunday August 16th from 12:00pm-1:00pm. It’s listed on Glofox as a boys session, but anybody is welcome to join!

Due to scheduling changes and sports starting up, Ryan will not be doing many groups during the week. Keep an eye out for weekend groups this fall!

Fall schedule incoming!!!!

School is starting soon and we are finalizing our fall hitting lesson schedule!

If you plan on continuing lessons or would like to get on the schedule, please message us your availability as soon as possible so we can get your spot locked in.

All hitting lessons will be 30 minutes for the fall season to allow us to accommodate as many athletes as possible.

Lesson times will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

We look forward to seeing everyone in the cage this fall!

Change of schedule for football trainings with Ryan tonight! We are going to combine both sessions and do one session from 6:00pm-7:00pm. See you then.

I’m back from vacation for the week! I leave on a work trip next week so I’m trying to get as much in this week as I can! Classes are scheduled on GloFox. Girls session tomorrow from 5-6 and boys from 6-7. Hope to see you guys there!

Football skills training tonight at 6pm! Open to all ages. A little bit of speed/agility as part of the warmup and then we’ll break into groups and positions. Hope to see you guys there!

There won’t be any trainings today, but I will be holding a skills training Wednesday for anybody interested! I’ll be out of town this weekend and next week, so this will likely be the last one for a bit. Download the Glofox app to get your spot! Hope to see you guys there.

All Girls skills training Sunday at 10:00AM, followed by a boys session at 11:00AM. All ages welcomed. Hoping to get out on the big field but if the smoke from the wildfires is still a problem, we can adjust accordingly. Download the Glofox app to reserve your spot. Have a good weekend. Stay safe!
