Saturday is a big day for Team Ironworks!!

First we have our Spooky Sparring, 20 rounds of jiu-jitsu and MMA in the morning.

Then we have our annual get together, appreciation night. Food, games, awards and fun! All Ironworks members welcome to join us, bring your family and friends

We are hosting 20 rounds next Saturday for Halloween 🎃

10am-11am (10) live 5 minute jiu-jitsu rounds

11am-12pm (10) live 4 minute MMA Sparring rounds

This is an open invite to all MMA fighters, boxers, jiu-jitsu athletes in the tri-state area to come challenge yourself against different faces and individuals. Lets go 👊🏻💥

We are proud of our team win, lose or draw. There are so many value life lessons learned through fighting and facing adversity that are hard to match.

Last night we took some hard lessons , we grew, we battled with heart and never quit!

Jared went to battle on a short notice and lost a split decision

Efraim had a 5 round war, full of emotion and grit out of both corners! Lost a decision to a tough up and comer.

Rowdy completely dominated his way to a first round submission victory via rear naked choke. Securing the 170LB Pankration Championship for Inner Strength Promotion. 🏆

Onward and upward, next up is Nov 8th for Clearwater Fights in Eau Claire, WI!
