Help protect Kachemak Critical Habitat Area from Thrill Craft that disturb wildlife and Kachemak Bay visitors.

We need your support, as lawyers present oral arguments in court later this month to rescind the decision by Alaska Department of Fish and Game to allow personal water craft in Kachemak Bay Critical Habitat Area. A positive decision by the court would reestablish the prohibition. Our basic position is that by law all ADF&G's rules in the Critical Habitat Area must have the primary purpose of protecting fish and wildlife--this rule did not follow that simple premise.
