Starting October 5th, we’ll be offering evening classes every Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday at 5:30PM.

MONDAY — STRONG
Full-body heavier weights + some HIIT

TUESDAY — SCULPT
Lighter weights, controlled movement, core & posture work.

WEDNESDAY — STEADY
Balance, stability, mobility & controlled strength.

$10 per class
$60 unlimited monthly
